Qigong States of Mind
We can practice the Qigong State of Mind at a number of levels:
- Physical Relaxation
- Emotional Relaxation
- Mind Relaxation
It is useful to practice at each of the levels, noticing what is felt as you move through the states of relaxation. As you develop your awareness it becomes easier to notice and adjust to a more relaxed state when you become agitated, tense or stressed.
Using the 3 Golden Rules from our Shaolin Grandmaster can help:
- Don’t Worry
A Qigong Practice
Your Qigong practice will take about 15 minutes using Lifting the Sky
- Wuji and gentle flow
- Entering a Qigoing State of Mind
- Smiling from the Heart
- Lifting the Sky (15-20 Times)
- Chi Flow (for several minutes)
- Flowing Stillness
- Enjoy stillness
The 15 minutes is simply a guide, so your practice may be more or less.
Spend enough time this week at the various stages.
