Stance Training

  • Goat Stance
  • Bow Arrow Stance
  • Riding Dragon Stance

Practice each stance individually and hold for 5 minutes. Once comfortable with each stance, practice holding two and then all three stances, increasing your stance training to 15 minutes. Gradually, you will be able to hold the stances for longer. Five minutes for each stance is the minimum target.
